Outstanding Experience! After a horrible experience at a large volume Toyota dealership in SW Orlando about a year ago, I thought I'd never buy a new car again. Well now a year later and the clunker on its last leg, I decided to make the drive north to Deland. I am glad I did. The initial emails with Troy Stoops and phone calls were amazing. He ran my credit and it looked like we could make a deal. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated like a senior member of the British Royal Family. 90 min. later I was driving off the lot in my 2015 candy apple red Mirage. I love this car! Absolutely NO high pressure sales here. No back and forth, you either qualify or you don't. I am a customer for life! Thanks again Troy Stoops and Bob Young! She made an appointment for me with Troy, he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The next day I picked up my new Outlander Sport. My only warranty issue was a minor wind noise and a crooked steering wheel. The service department did the repairs as well as a recall on a seatbelt. They sent reminders and conformation messages for my appointment. I have nothing but positive comments. The purchase was awesome and so was the service. Thank you!
