the dealership itself was fine. very helpful and freindly. all associates seem to be friendly with customers and each other. my review is on base model outlander sport. I could only afford a base model but I wouldn't think for the money you are paying some things would be so cheaply made. to adjust driver seat up and down there is actually a plastic Handel that you pump up and down like a jack. you would think they would use something better for the price you are paying. the back up camera is useless if there is any type of glare coming into the car you can't see anything on the screen. you have to shut doors hard or they don't shut all the way. all other outlander have decent wheels or wheel covers not just plan cheap looking covers like the base model. granted I new what I was getting but you would think for the price I was still paying there would be better quality. would it kill them to make a decent base model More
