I can see RC Hill is quick to respond to all of their positive reviews, but I wonder how much attention they give to customers who have had serious problems after the sale. In my case, I put $20,000 d positive reviews, but I wonder how much attention they give to customers who have had serious problems after the sale. In my case, I put $20,000 down on a truck and financed the remaining balance, only to later discover that the vehicle had structural frame damage from a previous accident that I believe was not properly disclosed to me during the purchase process. When I was ready to buy, my credit wasn’t an issue. Once these concerns came to light, suddenly it became the reason they couldn’t make things right. Instead of taking accountability and working toward a fair resolution, I felt like I was being pushed into another vehicle. Buying a vehicle is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and full disclosure from the start. This was my experience, and I encourage anyone shopping here to do their research, request all vehicle history reports, have the vehicle independently inspected, and ask plenty of questions before signing anything. More

Took my car in for service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Explained what was going to happen to the car. We were told where we can wait why the car was being serviced. We waited in the air conditioned waiting room. I received a text telling me that my car had no problems. They also washed my car . Then the service guy came and got me. Explain everything about my car asked if I had any questions and gave me my keys. Thank me for using them. More
