I visited on a Saturday and wasn't expecting to purchase until June but Heather still have me info on the Sonata by asking what I wanted in my car (features). I told her and she took me tight to it. If I didn't know any better I would think she drives one herself. She broke down every detail and was very patient with me. I drive away in my new 2018 Sonata that evening. They had a great selection of cars to choose from and Heather and Jeremy went the extra mile to help us set up customizes to our cars interior to meet our needs without making us feel like we were inconveniencing them with our requests. A much different place Many years ago I swore I would never return to ricart but due to their Hyundai dealership and location I decided to give them another try. They were much less high pressure and instead if 7 or 8 high pressure sales add in that the end there was simply one offer of gap insurance and extended warranties like other dealers I have dealt with. They earned enough trust for me to make a purchase More
