Unorganized and lack of transparency Dealership was very unorganized. They had to redo paperwork multiple times. Business processes were not smooth nor well run. Dealership did not provide full transparency to me. They knew I wanted a black car but never told me they didn’t have black in stock. So they told me black would be and extra $20 per month. As a first time car buyer I accepted the deal, but after talking to multiple close friends who work in the car industry I understand this was actually uncommon and grimy to say the least. I should have went to the Kia dealership that had a black optima. Needless to say I won’t return to raceway Kia when it’s time to get a new car or when my girlfriend gets a car in 2020 More

Very nice willing to deal. I came in to raceway Kia about 2 months ago when I just stared looking for a preowned vehicle. They showed me a few nice cars and even let me take one I came in to raceway Kia about 2 months ago when I just stared looking for a preowned vehicle. They showed me a few nice cars and even let me take one for an extended test drive. They never pushed or pressured me to buy. I left that day with no car and looked around at other dealers. Today I came back and got a great deal on a Kia Optima. Doug and Nabil were very extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and gave me a great deal.
