I went to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee on the exchange program that they were to honor. When I went in they said, " You paid way to much for my Jeep, so I am upside down on my loan." Guess who sold it to me, Rairdons! They were unwilling to make a wrong right, so I am moving on to a new car manufacturer. Shame on you Rairdons! More
Watch them like a hawk. Found a truck on Rairdon's web site that had a great price and set up a test drive. The dealership tried to add everything they could onto the deal (service contract, gap insurance, maintenance plan, etch, fabric and paint protection, ect) without asking if I wanted any of it. All that total more that $10,000 to the price. Had to get them to remove most of it (kept the maintenace plan). That took about 2 hours. After I made the deal with the floor manager, we did the paper work. I did pay attention and read the contract when I signed it. A few days later I was reading all the paper work and noticed that they added the service contract back in at a cost of over $2350. The interest rate was also .4 percent high than agreed to. I called the dealership 4 times. Was unable to talk to anyone about this. The next day I drove to the dealer, 2 hours and 40 minutes away. Got to service contract removed (as of this review I haven't receive any information of if the refund will be applied against the loan or I will get a check), and the interest rate was drop to what was agreed to. More

Love my Pacifica Minivan. Not a fan of the dealership. I cannot day enough wonderful things about my Pacifica minivan. Rairdon’s as a dealership...not so much. The facility is a dump. No complimentary food or beverages while you wait for service. The service reps always screw something up. This is my third Chrysler minivan. I really like the cars. I have friends in other states that use Chrysler Jeep dealerships and have a totally different experience. More

The Bad: We were FORCED to get Permplate even after saying repeatedly we DID NOT want it. Only to find out on the finacing paperwork it was optional and/or could have even been reduced to 3 years. But even after pushing back 3 times they refused to lower the price of the Permplate, this is something we did not appreciate at all. Go into this dealership knowing this will 100% happen to you also. Lastly, we were told the prices advertised online were WASHINGTON ONLY. Not sure if this is true or a sales tactic but if buying from out of state be aware of this. More

Last I heard the part under warranty was lost, they were overnighting a new one. Still waiting to hear from that representative. In the meantime I’m driving around without a functioning control unit so My speedometer and gas gauges don’t work. It’s been over 3 weeks. No apologies or trying to get it corrected by the dealer rep. I’ll never trust Rairdon with my business again. More

After spending 6 hrs on my service they mentioned that I need to come again for missing part for a recall - When they don’t have parts why they can not inform upfront not after so that customer can comeback one more time finish his work same time. started my day with 2 hrs time and ended up with spending whole day. Sad part is that they don’t even have shuttle or drop, you are forced to stay at their mercy of time. More
