Terrible service and commitment I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told me they have a smaller work force on Sundays and they were working on another job and there was no way they could do the work. The next day I called the service manager who defended the practice. I dealt with three people and two of the three were just rude. It was clear they really did not care. The worst customer service I've experienced I originally contacted them about a 2017 Ford F-150. I came in and test drove the truck, and I liked it. I made them a good offer on the truck, but they declined it. I walked away and continued my search. 2 weeks later, the price of the truck was reduced to the price that I offered previously. Seeing this, I contacted David Tisdial again, and told him I was still willing to buy the truck, and at their asking price - I didn't try to negotiate down further. He confirmed the truck's availability, and we agreed on the price. As I was planning to drive to the dealership to pick up the truck, he text messaged me asking if I had a trade-in, and if I had my own financing. I told him I didn't have a trade-in, and I had my own financing. He told me that I would have to use their financing to get the vehicle at the advertised price. I went back to their website, and nowhere does it state this is a requirement. I explained this, and after some back and forth, they were going to allow me to use my own financing. Next, David texted me explaining that the truck has a paint protectant on it, that will cost another $700 above the advertised price. I had no clue how that was possible, if the protectant was already on the vehicle, and the vehicle was listed at their price. Out of principal I was not going to play this little game with them. They are obviously listing the vehicle for a lower price than they can stomach, so they're using shady tactics to make up the margin through these other activities. More
Stop, please, just go elsewhere... you have been warned Service dept is beyond terrible. Poor install, ignore all emails regarding as such. Simple water pump recall... 2hrs is book time. Though it was quite the drive through daytime traffic in an area of Washington I've never been to before, I found the dealership. It would have been hard to miss with the number of vehicles they have on 4 different lots. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a salesperson named Romar. I asked if he still had a particular vehicle for sale that I downloaded from their online website. He checked, got the keys, drove to the lot it was located pulled it out of the spot where it was at ( I said they have a lot of vehicles) and we went for a test drive in the vehicle I now own. No switch and bait, no attempt to up sale me to a higher priced vehicle, no tricks. At the end of the transaction and before leaving Joseph came out to get me acquainted with all the technology features (and there are many) of my purchase after trading in my 45 year old car. He made sure that I was satisfied with appearance and Romar made sure I left with a full tank of gas. It will be quite the learning curve for me but the experience of this purchase could not have been more pleasant. More

GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!! I CAME TO THIS DEALERSHIP WITH HOPES OF MAKING A DEAL ON A NEW 2018 JEEP WRANGLER JL. NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR CAR I BUILT ONLINE BU I CAME TO THIS DEALERSHIP WITH HOPES OF MAKING A DEAL ON A NEW 2018 JEEP WRANGLER JL. NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY TO OVERCHARGE ME FOR CAR I BUILT ONLINE BUT THEY ALSO LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT THE FINANCING. DAVE IN FINANCING IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. HIS PRATICES ARE COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST HIM AT ALL. I CANCELLED SOME SERVICES THE DAY AFTER BUYING MY VEHICLE AND HE HAD A MANAGER WALK IN TO CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE. TELLING THEM NO I WANT TO CANCEL A SERVICE IS LIKE THE END OF THE WORLD. ITS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND I'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND. It was the worst experience my wife has had with her car We have a family of seven and own a Dodge Durango. My wife dropped the car off for her oil change that came with the service package she purchased. They informed her it was also under recall and needed a computer update which would take a few hours. They couldn't finish it that day so we left the car with them. The next day they still couldn't fix the recall issue so they said we could have a loaner. it seated 5 for a family of seven so we had to make multiple trips to pick up and drop off our children. The next day when they said it was completed we went in and it was still not working. We took the car back anyway because we needed the 7 seats back and will be taking it to another Dodge dealer. She is so upset she actually wants to trade in the vehicle and not go to another Dodge shop. More
