My wife and I were on the hunt for a new car, visiting several dealerships. Unfortunately, none of the salespeople were particularly helpful. They either didn’t seem interested in explaining anything or just wanted to get us to sign the papers. However, when I decided to give Rallye a try, I spoke with Thomas. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He presented us with a wide range of options, provided us with detailed information, and cut straight to the point without any unnecessary information . He even offered us a great deal. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend visiting this showroom and asking for Thomas. More
I must say this was one of the worst experiences I had at Rallye Acura. I had an appointment for 9:40am. I checked in a few minutes before. It took my service rep, Richard Wong a little while before he ca Rallye Acura. I had an appointment for 9:40am. I checked in a few minutes before. It took my service rep, Richard Wong a little while before he called my to his desk. He asked me if I would be waiting for the car. He informed me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I had no problem with that. After two hours I walked to his desk and he said he would see what the status of my car was. He informed me it would be done shortly. I waited another half over to go back to his desk. He said he would go check on the car. He came back to me and said it was almost done. Again I waited another half hour & I walked over to his desk and asked to speak with the service manager. Chad Tammaro. He came out immediately and started with many apologies. People were out sick and they were back up. If this was the case, which I'm sure it was they shouldn't have taken walk-ins at all. Who left before I did. I said this was unacceptable. I should have been offered a loaner car if this was going to be a half day production. I missed another appointment in the meantime. Chad really hard to help, but it was out of his control. I have been so happy with the dealership and hope this never happens again. More
