I had a very strict financial budget I was determined to work with and Jeri made it possible. I had shopped around at several dealerships for a 2013 Acura ILX (w/ Premium trim) and Jeri worked her magic and offered me a deal that was far and away the best deal I could find. Two years later, I was back in the market for another vehicle, being completely satisfied with my 2013 ILX, I was looking forward to leasing a 2015 ILX. I needed a car quick and one more time, Jeri worked magic and was able to get me an amazing deal, one which I asked other dealerships to meet or beat, they thought I was joking because the deal was so incredible. Jeri is genuinely an incredible person, looking to help people find a vehicle they want and hammer out a financial plan to have them leave with their dream car. She has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing her again any time I visit Rallye. More

I did the vast majority of my negotiation and getting price quotes via email with multiple dealerships. Chris Wuttke at Rallye was always the most responsive and straight forward with me. He matched lower offers from different dealerships and had the car in the color I wanted available the next day. He was a pleasure to work with in person as well. Joel in Finance was great as well, no nonsense, did not waste my time nor his with the paperwork. Chris nor Joel pushed any extras/accessories/warranties that I was not interested in. Overall, this was a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to Chris Wuttke and Rallye Acura. More

Bill explained all the money factors to a T, didn't leave anything out, there were no extra fees, etc. We love our new car, we came out of a BMW lease and we must say that the TLX is a better deal than our existing 3 series. We really love this car! I would recommend Bill if you are looking for great service, he is very professional and will walk you through every step. He was courteous and knowledgeable and responded to any concerns or questions we had about the car. He gave us a test drive and explained all the new features available in this package. Although an accessory item we ordered was not available on the day of pick up, it became available 2 days later. Jabir has called us after the purchase to make sure everything was OK. This is our third Acura and one of the easiest transactions we made. If I hear of someone looking to purchase an Acura, I would definitely have him/her speak to Jabir. More

The Service staff, especially Chad Tammaro, made me feel welcome, important, and not just another number but a valued client. All work done on my vehicle has always been top notch and I have never had an issue with the Service performed. They keep me informed about what is needed, often being honest about when certain items can wait, rather than pushing unnecessary items onto the bill. I have trust in them and feel at ease with what they recommend. An overall great experience each time I visit. More

My dealings with my salesperson, Jeri Billman were excellent as I have come to expect. I say this because this is my sixth vehicle with Jeri and as it was with prior purchases, the entire process from order to delivery was exceptional. On the delivery day I met with your tech specialist, Christopher Poggioli. He clearly explained all features of the TLX, answered any questions I posed and assisted me to set up my preferred personal driver settings. In closing, my experience with Rallye Acura is again one of 100% satisfaction. I expect to return to Rallye for any future automotive needs. More
