Good buying experience---Horrible Suspension 2015 RDX I had a good experience buying the car. One issue was I asked if the automatic starter came on one key fob that controls the entire car. I was told I had a good experience buying the car. One issue was I asked if the automatic starter came on one key fob that controls the entire car. I was told Yes. That's not the case. Now I need to carry 2 large key fobs. The manager apologized and gave refunded me half the cost of the system. The bigger issue I have is with the suspension on this car. When I test drove the car I was on a road that was recently paved. Not a bump or pot hole in the road. I drove home and that was when I noticed EVERY small bump in the road. The larger bumps feels like the back of the car is gonna fall off. VERY disappointed. For a "luxury" car it rides terrible. Can't wait to get rid of this car. More

The only complaint I have is that we were told that the car would come with the automatic remote starter, which we had to pay extra for. Besides that the overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jabir to my family and friends. BE CAREFUL!! CAN'T BE TRUSTED! Rally E Acura is only interested in taking your money, but if there's an issue, they completely abandon you. I've been servicing my TL at Rally E Acura for a little over three years, where I purchased the vehicle new. The customer service was fine until I had a problem with a job I paid them to do. I tried calling and emailing several times, the customer service rep, Enza Comito, the service advisor, Melissa Kennedy, the service manager, Mike Denfeld and the general manager, Jay Rosenthal. No one bothered to respond to my questions or even acknowledge my phone calls and emails. They lied about the work that was performed and when they got caught, are now trying to ignore the whole situation. That's the type of treatment you get from Rally E for giving them your business for over 3 years! I am now in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs letting them know that Rally E is fraudulently charging customers for work that was not performed. More
Another great experience at Rallye Acura! After my car was prepped and while I was on my way to take delivery of my car, Chris called to let me know there had been a slight incident with minor After my car was prepped and while I was on my way to take delivery of my car, Chris called to let me know there had been a slight incident with minor damage to the car and he presented me with options on what I could do. This included taking the car I was looking at or selecting another one in a different color. Being that the color I really wanted was hard to come by, I agreed to let them fix the car and closely inspect it to make sure we were pleased with the fix. In the end, the car looked to be in tip-top shape and I have had it for over a week now. At delivery, Christopher Poggioli patiently went over all the features of our car, helped me setup my phone to link with the car, and answered all my questions with the insistence that I get in touch with him if anything else came to mind. The interface is all new and some of the features are a bit different than my 2012 TL so there was lots to wrap my head around. He knew the car very well and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything. This, too, on a bitterly cold day when all anyone probably wanted to do was be in the confines of their cozy office. So far, I’ve loved every minute of driving it. I am pleased with the vehicle and also with Rallye's follow-up after the fact, to be sure I was satisfied with everything leading up to and following the transaction. I will not hesitate to recommend Chris Wuttke and Rallye to anyone in the market for a(nother) vehicle. They are top-notch in every regard and their showroom, too, is head and shoulders above their local competition. Finally, I can also tell you that our extended family have been Rallye Acura clients since about 2006 and their service department, too, is helpful, fair, and friendly. We really can't ask for anything more and are looking forward to returning to Rallye when the time is right for our next vehicle! More
