As soon as I walked in I was greeted by him and he quickly wrote me up for a service and had me going on my way in less than 10 minutes. He knew what I needed as soon as I told him about my warning lights and that he would contact me as soon as the car was done. He messaged (via PocketExpert app) and assisted me through the day I picked up my car. I definitely recommend using Rallye Acura for your service needs. More

Worst customer service I bought the car from Acura dealership NJ and was told that I can bring the car for servicing anywhere. I called Rallye Acura dealership and spoke to I bought the car from Acura dealership NJ and was told that I can bring the car for servicing anywhere. I called Rallye Acura dealership and spoke to Kerry who was really unhelpful. She was really inconsiderate and keep telling me that my car is not under new warranty but under warranty and she couldn't tell me if my service will be covered or not till they see the car. But in case it is not covered, then they will charge $145 diagnostic fee. It is a certified car in warranty period and I think this is a steal. Why should a customer pay for getting the car checked when they have already paid for extended warranty? More
