They wanted to up-charge me for some simple brake pads, deliberately kept me there all day, refused to give me a loaner even though that service is included in my astronomical monthly lease, and in the end deliberately kept me there all day, refused to give me a loaner even though that service is included in my astronomical monthly lease, and in the end I had to leave and go to Mavis where I got a better price and better service.
