I have taken my car on e time to Freeport BMW and never again!! They make you feel like you bother them when you come in. After that experience I went to Rallye BMW and I was treated like I’m family. They again!! They make you feel like you bother them when you come in. After that experience I went to Rallye BMW and I was treated like I’m family. They always make you feel welcome and from people that help you with loaner to my service advisor Dennis and of course service manager Chris!! I called & texted several times to ask somebody to see if my building parking permit was left in the loaner. No one got back to me. There are never any rental cars available. I have been inconvenienced so many times. I have had multiple emergencies with my car had to miss work and other very important meetings. I have brou I have been inconvenienced so many times. I have had multiple emergencies with my car had to miss work and other very important meetings. I have brought my car there multiple times to fix a light in my drivers seat mirror. Last time they fixed it, it worked for maybe all of one day then following week my battery died.. so i can guarantee something was done wrong with the wiring. Not reliable and horrible service for a “luxury” car. Got better service with my volkswagen. You wont get any updates on your car unless you harass the workers. Other than that service staff are friendly and ordered an uber at least. But too many times inconvenienced for the amount of money payed for this car. More
