Professional dealership with intense focus on service These guys are professionals and know the clientele they are dealing with - so there is no insulting your intelligence with amateurish pricing games o These guys are professionals and know the clientele they are dealing with - so there is no insulting your intelligence with amateurish pricing games or add-ons etc. I've purchased/leased a few BMWs from them and they generally have pretty keen pricing. Only once I bought a BMW elsewhere (the deal was too good). But even then it was a simple no-games conversation with the sales team at Rallye. In addition to the transaction, they have a huge focus on customer service and are very responsive during the sales process. The last purchase was done entirely over email/phone and was super easy. David Yavel and Sharonda James were great to deal with (both over email and in-person at pickup). While this review is about sales, I should mention they are very good on service too - availability of appointments, loaners, home pickup/drop off, lift to train station, etc. Once i was in Europe and got an alert on the app. I called them from Europe, they picked up the car from my garage and put it back after service all while i was away. It was brilliant. Again, they know who they're dealing with - their clients just don't have the time to waste, they want it done quick, they want it done right and at a fair price. More
