Lost Car After receiving a call at approx. 1 pm that my car was ready I arrived at the dealership at 4 pm to find out that my car wasn't ready and no one coul After receiving a call at approx. 1 pm that my car was ready I arrived at the dealership at 4 pm to find out that my car wasn't ready and no one could locate it for 45 minutes . some people were willing to help and some people couldn't care less. A fantastic experience from start to finish. We called our previous dealer to get pricing as our car was coming off a lease. He gave a us a great deal from square one including pull forward and we picked the new car up the next day.
