Fantastic service I was apprehensive because my regular service adviser was on leave. Mr Chy Wiggan came over to help me. I explained that this was my wife's BMW and t I was apprehensive because my regular service adviser was on leave. Mr Chy Wiggan came over to help me. I explained that this was my wife's BMW and that it is equipped with hand controls. I needed car back quickly because she could not use a loaner. I told him that I had 1:30 appointment in Garden City and would wait at dealership until 1PM then go to my appointment with loaner & return if necessary. Amazingly he told me at 12:30PM that car was ready. NYS inspection, brake fluid flush & oil change & filter all done. He even apologized that I might night make it to my appointmen in NYC in time misunderstanding that I was going to Garden City. There was no need to use loaner an I got to my appointment early Also it was the day before Thanksgiving with a busy service department. .I Was then able to go straight home to Brooklyn. I have a BMW dealership a couple of miles from my home but travel to Rallye in Westbury for their excellent service. I trust them because they do everything possible to take care of my wife and keep the car in excellent running condition. More

Vito wasn’t all that helpful. Because I wasn’t going to buy today, he was less enthusiastic. The dealership was nice and let you peruse a car, but he didn’t seem keen on letting me test drive a car without buy today, he was less enthusiastic. They didn’t have any X1 in stock for me to test drive and was resistant to put me in an X3. This is my impression of BMW dealerships now given this dealership wasn’t already highly rated. More

BMW Rally My first experience at Rally BMW went without any issues. I previously dealt with Free Port BMW and Joe Cavero for over 15 years. However, since J My first experience at Rally BMW went without any issues. I previously dealt with Free Port BMW and Joe Cavero for over 15 years. However, since Joe made the move over to Rally , it would make sense for me to also follow him. Joe has always taken care of my family ( my Dad and I) when it came time to finding the right BMW to fit our needs. The turning in my 2017 X4 , and getting me into a new 2020 X4 went without a hitch. Joe made sure he built me the correct X4, with the equipment that I requested . He was also very aggressive with getting me the financial deal that I needed. As my 2017 X4 , was coming off lease 11/26/19 and the new lease won't arrive until the first week in December he quided me to get a courtesy extension for 10 days. When the car arrived I was again notified promptly by Joe and the Keith Lindsay, again another great asset to the Rally BMW team. Keith was a pleasure to deal with on my delivery, couldn't be more helpful. I then met Charles Winters for the financial portion of my lease. He also , was a pleasure to deal with. I believe the entire process was approximately an hour. This was truely a great experience and will not hesitate to recommend Rally to each and everyone who asks. Thanks again Ray Falco More
