sleeping on the job My service started off like any other service, the vehicle goes in, I wait, I get my car back and I leave. but today was different. Everything was going smooth up until the point that I was to get my vehicle back. It was missing, it was on the property as my app showed but it was missing. After walking around searching for it with an advisor, I found it, and what do you know. There was a service technician SLEEPING in my car with the seat down, and I don't mean just resting, I mean DEEP DEEP OUTCOLD SLEEP. The nerve of this employee not to take a break in a breakroom or leave early or not come in, NO NO NO let me just pick a customers car and take a power nap in it. SO WRONG IN EVERY WAY.... I was LIVID to say the least, and left without making a scene. Terrible terrible way to end my day after it started off so good with Dennis and so pleasant with the guys at the drop off bay.. Its sad how one person can ruin everything... More
