Paint and Interior Protection I dropped off my new 2020 M550 for the paint/interior protection application. The service advisor called me back within an hour that there was a reca I dropped off my new 2020 M550 for the paint/interior protection application. The service advisor called me back within an hour that there was a recall and software update outstanding for the vehicle. They were able to get it done at the same time. About two weeks later, I got a similar call for the 2019 X5 that I purchased a few months ago, I appreciate that the service team was proactive in both counts and reached out. I had a 2014 Mercedes Benz E Class before and felt that the service team wasn't as proactive as the BMW team at Rallye. This was my first experience with Rallye Service Center, but we're off to a great start. More

Great customer service I have been with Rallye since 2016 and I greatly appreciate the customer service and efficiency of the dealer and staff. I have some premature brake pad issues on my 2017 X1 and am getting it resolved very amicably with the help of Mr.Carlson and Adam Romano. Adam is being very helpful and proactive in helping me fix the issue promptly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a BMW! More
2nd purchase in five months; plus 1 referral :) I recently made my second purchase from Rallye BMW this year. In addition, I referred a friend who made a purchase yesterday, All three were new purchases. I returned to Rallye due to the stellar service that I received from Len Brechner. He advised us in all three purchases and continues to be a star at Rallye. It will be a few years before we make another purchase, but I plan to return to Rallye and Len when that time comes. There are few points of feedback to share to help make the experience even better going forward. It is important to note that I think very highly of the Rallye team and will continue to use them in the future. Sharing these feedback points to help them continue to be a world class dealership. 1) I had to do quite a bit of following up to get into some of the test cars; one of which I ultimately purchased. My friend who I referred to Rallye had a similar experience. I totally understand that the test cars weren't available, but the team didn't manage my expectations on timing well. I had to continuously chase to get inside the car I wanted to buy. As a returning customer making a second new purchase in less than 5 months, I expected more "red carpet" treatment than I received at the onset. At the end of the day, Len took good care of us, but the initial experience when I reached out was a bit underwhelming. 2) I made an appointment to test drive and showed up right on time. I checked in with the front desk and waited 30 mins (almost walked out). The sales person walked by with another customer and I had to continue to wait. I wanted to test drive two cars that day and only got into one. The feedback here is that they should be more mindful of our time when appointments are made. I was not very pleased that day when I left and almost went to a different dealership to look for the cars I wanted to test drive. My friend who ended up making a purchase recently from Rallye was also there and he was shocked by the service we received that day. He only went back based on my strong recommendation and my promise that Len will take care of him. I feel that this was a one-off miss and sharing so that Rallye is more mindful in the future. 3) The front desk should pay attention to how long customers are standing around waiting and follow-up with the person they have an appointment with. This is customer service 101 and goes a long way to inform a positive experience. 4) The protection plans, etc. that I was offered were vastly different between the two purchases I made. Customers should be taken through all options and given the opportunity to decide. There were options I took with the M550 that I would've definitely taken with the X5 if I was given the opportunity. Alice B did a fantastic job taking me through the options for the M550; wish I had the same with the X5. 5) Where's my picture with my new purchase for Rallye's Facebook page??? I bought two NEW cars from Rallye. Not sure how much focus there is on social media, but there's an opportunity here to really drive business. Come on, the M550 is a BEAUTIFUL car, why wouldn't you want to showcase that on your site? More
