Overcharged 6 times over cost wrong diagnostic Took my car because of AC issues for a diagnostic. I was told 195. Then. Told that it was going to take another hour so I paid 390 for a diagnosti Took my car because of AC issues for a diagnostic. I was told 195. Then. Told that it was going to take another hour so I paid 390 for a diagnostic. My car was diagnosed wrong. I was told that compressor and relay needed to be change. This was going to cost me 1900. For a car that it’s 18 years old. Why would I pay for half the cost of the car to repair. Decided to take it to a non BMW mechanic for the first time. The mechanic called me and told me it was a part that cost 49 and he could do the job for 230. What a difference in price. Not only diagnosed wrong I was overcharged. I guess when they know it’s a small amount. They figure they could just charge you whatever. Never again woukd I take car to a BMW DEALERSHIP AFTER WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. THEY ARE JUST THIEFS. More
