Rallye BMW offers and recommends as an option, a follow-up appointment with a BMW Genius to answer any additional questions a customer may have regarding their new vehicle purchase. This was an excellent suggestion by Joel Sobin at Rallye and I encourage everyone to utilize this wonderful opportunity. After having a couple of weeks of hands on driving experience with our 2 brand new X3's, my family and I realized we had more specific questions regarding various features on our vehicles. We asked Joel if he could arrange a BMW Genius to come to our house (rather than the dealership) and also if it could be on the weekend when my family has more time and would enjoy the experience. Without hesitation Joel arranged the appointment at our specified convenience, which happened to be on a Sunday morning, bear in mind the dealership is not even open on Sunday's. Much even to our surprise, Joel was there at the start of our session to introduce Bradley, our BMW Genius, to us and to reinforce and ensure that we could spend as much time as we needed to have all our questions properly answered. Bradley, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, patient and just as personable as one could expect. What was also noteworthy was that he shared the same excitement and enthusiasm as we had for our new vehicles and that made our entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. We spent about 2 hours with Bradley and came away from the session even more impressed with the vehicles features and design. I can not stress enough how Rallye BMW is such a First Class dealership, like no other we have seen and how Joel Sobin & Bradley (BMW Genius) are two integral team members who exemplify Rallye's First Class values! The best laid plans I went out to my car to start my errands for the day and it wouldn’t start. Would make a sound. Tried the other key - nothing. Called AAA for a tow and was on my way. Chris Blanco, who isn’t my usual service manager, got things rolling quickly. Shortly thereafter I was in a loaner car and able to get most of my errands taken care of. I got my car back the same day so I was very happy about that. The day didn’t start out like expected, but it worked out pretty well, all things considered. More
