We had done the rounds earlier - Audi [disinterested salesperson], Mercedes Benz [ also Rallye - good experience], Subaru [OKay] and Toyota [absolutely the worst experience] looking for a small SUV for my wife - who hates shoppoing for a car. Robert was just right - he listened, answered all our questions and ultimately found a blue X1 which fit the bill. At pickup - Francine walked us through everything - including linking the phones and seat adjustments - really drove off feeling confident. More

Satellite Radio My Satellite radio shut down. Rallye did full diagnostic and decide to replace with a new radio. I was given a new 2018 loaner. My Service Advisor Jon My Satellite radio shut down. Rallye did full diagnostic and decide to replace with a new radio. I was given a new 2018 loaner. My Service Advisor Jonathan Szypot was super accomodating and made sure everything was right. I was set up with a BMW Genuis who helped program the radio.. Rallye BMW IS THE BEST!! More
