Prices are always changing I drove my car in to be serviced with 4 recalls. I had to tow my car out after they told me that I needed a new water pump and the Rf Modulator had go I drove my car in to be serviced with 4 recalls. I had to tow my car out after they told me that I needed a new water pump and the Rf Modulator had gone bad while in the shop? I asked for a price and they gave it to me, then the service advisor said. Let me save you some money and knocked the price by 400 dollars. When I said no he said he would knock it down even further. I felt like I was on the game show let's make a deal. My mechanic gave me a price below what bmw said and with bmw parts. More

Out of towner with a flat tire Visiting the area and on my way to upstate NY for a BMW scheduled service near my home. Hit a pothole in the snowstorm and got a flat tire, Rallye BMW Visiting the area and on my way to upstate NY for a BMW scheduled service near my home. Hit a pothole in the snowstorm and got a flat tire, Rallye BMW service department was wonderful. They said to come right over. They told me to take my time but they would help me. Not only did they replace my tire (and handle my tire insurance) they also were able to do the scheduled service. This was so helpful as I did not have to reschedule in upstate NY. The service department was friendly and courteous and the facility was immaculate. The waiting area was comfortable with complimentary water coffee or tea and bagels. The staff kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and my car was serviced in a very reasonable time. Me. David O’ Neill, the service manager that assisted me was terrific. He made a day that could have been a disaster into a comfortable experience. Rallye and staff get 5 stars or more from me. More
