I tried to schedule an oil change and i was declined because i was "blocked" by Matthew Carlson... instead of answering a customers phone call he doesnt wanna answer at all.. also will tell bmw usa of north america lies about customers that they dont bring back loaners and theyre nasty with the advisors which i completely wasnt at all. okay, the loaners were brought back the next day or until my car was finished. wont come back to this dealership ever again.
