Just watching the interaction with Shane as I waiting for my car. Just felt off. Every customer it was an issue with the car. My car was in for an oil change in July not it’s saying I need to add oil kinda o my car. Just felt off. Every customer it was an issue with the car. My car was in for an oil change in July not it’s saying I need to add oil kinda odd since I barely drive the car . Makes me wonder if the oil change was even done . I was not impressed and wouldn’t go back to this dealer . Asked if they would work with bmw USA about a bulletin on my car and cover it and they were trying to make me pay for the inspected when the inspection was done already from another dealer I just moved so I couldn’t go back to that dealer . Didn’t feel genuine More
