I waited 40 minutes to get the loaner and the car is still stunk of cologne. It was so strong, I had an immediate headache and I could not drive the car. More importantly, when I arrived, I was asked if I wanted an alignment. I don’t know anything about cars and my assumption was I was being asked about the alignment because the car needed it. In my mind, I thought he meant balancing the tires. Needless to say, this was quite costly and I frankly feel duped by Bmw. Who am I -as a layperson -to determine if I need an alignment??? I was not quoted a price either They did take some money off the bill but this is an unethical practice. Kindly respond. More
