Went to dealership with appointment for paid maintenance as a "wait" customer. After sitting in the drive for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement by staff walking by, someone finally walked over to t as a "wait" customer. Checked in and authorized a brake flush which was my appointment. I waited almost 3 hours and then when I was told the car was ready to go and see the cashier, I did so and went outside to wait for the car. 40 MINUTES LATER the car finally came out... While I understand that people can be there for different things, I have had a brake flush before and it doesn't take 3 hours with a scheduled appointment and then another 40+ minutes to wash the car! I watched people through the window that were checked in, sat near me in the waiting area and then left before me. When you watch this happen several times, it makes you wonder exactly why you are there as this simple brake flush could have been done anywheres, especially since at least 8 or 9 customers came in and left before me More
