Rally service and my service rep Bret Hines were excellent. Mr Hines went far & above excellent to take care of me. After having my wife’s car serviced at Rallye for the past five years I wouldn’t t excellent. Mr Hines went far & above excellent to take care of me. After having my wife’s car serviced at Rallye for the past five years I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. However, for the first time there was one source of dissatisfaction not with Rallye or my great rep but with BMW itself. A battery replacement was almost $700! I also own a luxury car and realize that dealer service prices can be high, especially for a luxury car. I have never complained about the cost of any previous service and even found the cost of all the other service done that day to be acceptable. I don’t care if the battery has to be registered with BMW and the control module has to be told that a new battery has been installed the cost is still too high. BMW shouldn’t penalize me for that. To be fair both the technician and Mr Hines advised me that the battery tested ok but it was already 5 yrs old and winter was coming. My wife is disabled and I did not want to chance her getting stuck because of and old battery. More

Service took a bit longer than expected, but we were informed that the car wasn’t ready. The front tow hitch cover came off while the car was washed, but I returned the next day & it wash found in the c informed that the car wasn’t ready.
