Quick Fix! In-and-Out, back on the road! I walked out to my car the other day and noticed a nail head in my tire. Not sure how long it was there, but the tire was holding air. Not wanting to I walked out to my car the other day and noticed a nail head in my tire. Not sure how long it was there, but the tire was holding air. Not wanting to take any chances, and getting close to the end of the day, I called my service adviser Bret and explained the situation. Instead of having me wait overnight and taking a chance of losing air (I'm now using NON-Run Flats), Bret was able to have Service take care of the tire before close. Seems like a simple and small issue, but now that I don't have Run-Flats, good and prompt service means just that much more :-) Thanks Bret!! More
The Service department seemed to be pushing for additional sales suggesting that I need tires with only 10k miles on my leased vehicle.
