unfortunately extremely unhappy and no longer a BMW fan i went in for noise within the car, reported that it sounded like i was driving with window open. i was called and told that my rims and wheels needed i went in for noise within the car, reported that it sounded like i was driving with window open. i was called and told that my rims and wheels needed to be replaced and that was causing the noise. That is not possible, and everyone else at BMW agreed with me, but the guy just wanted to get me off the phone and was saying that was the issue. i picked up my car, the noise was just as bad as ever, i paid 600 for new wheels and tires, and my satelitte radio was broken after my service visit. I called and told the service manager. no one ever checked in afterwards. the worst service i have experienced. I was planning on buying an X3 or X5 as our family is getting bigger, but will definitely be taking my money to mercedes after this experience. More
