When you bring your car in for service, you drive right in to an enormous garage, where a huge screen welcomes you by name. A service person comes right over, opens your door and asks what they can do for you. Then you have the waiting areas, they are many and varied. There's a cafe too. There's a Boutique where you can shop for BMW clothing and other items. All in all, it's a nice, interesting and fun place to go. More
