Frustrated and disappointed I purchased a used 2015 bmw 428i convertible with x drive it an extra car so I driven less 5000 miles and it has been in my garaged the entire time I I purchased a used 2015 bmw 428i convertible with x drive it an extra car so I driven less 5000 miles and it has been in my garaged the entire time It has back to Rallye Bmw more than 5 times The brakes pads where down to the metal -when purchased?!-because I had an independent mechanic look at Which Rallye replaced then, Back to dealer twice for AC And then a Dead key fob, a Leak in convertible top twice. Second visit for convertible top Carol said not covered by CPO. It’s at dealer now I no longer want car; the trust is lost and feel the leaky top will be on going issue I no longer want this car I don’t have time to keep going dealer- takes too much time! Carol is hard reach and text after hours. I’m so done with Rallye and this car I contacting my lawyer on Monday WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY CAR LIFE No stars and no way to give negative star More

My goals are to continue to drive a BMW for as long as I am able to drive and deal with RALLYE BMW only. The fact that my BMW is a well kept 2008 550i and that the staff (especially Alex) always make sure it is in perfect condition and intensions to keep it like that, will ensure that I will remain loyal as well as happy with RALLY BMW ! As I Combat Veteran, I am also happy to have served in war and know that a dealership like RALLYE BMW exists. Very honorable !! More
