A great Service Visit I checked in & was given my loaner car in a few minutes! I was told upfront that due to rain storms over the past few days they may need to keep my ca I checked in & was given my loaner car in a few minutes! I was told upfront that due to rain storms over the past few days they may need to keep my car over night & would I mind. SInce I had a loaner available to me I did not care. I did appreciate their upfront acknowledgement of possible service delays. After a couple of hours, I received a call that my car was ready! nothing great the problem is not solved. The center console on the driver side is still hot. This is my second 7 series BMW and I never had this problem earlier. Th the problem is not solved. I also had to wait a long time to get my car after i settled the invoice. I am used to better service with rallye Mercedes. I am rallye customer for past 20 years. More
