Poor communication and disrespect on the part of my advisor I went to have my tires changed as I came to the service center due to a promotion on tires. I was later surprised to find out that was charged over $ I went to have my tires changed as I came to the service center due to a promotion on tires. I was later surprised to find out that was charged over $700 more than what I have initially signed for. When I brought that to the attention of the advisor, he felt insulted that I asked for explanation. He became very impatient while labeling me as someone who was whining for money. He offered to remove $100 from the $2000 charged me. I refused that because all I was asking for is an explanation. The advisor said that he was about to hang up the phone and call me back later. I never received that promised call. Instead, $100 was removed from that overcharged $2000 for 4 tires . Again, I just wanted to find out why charged more when I had an invoice printed from the official website with an appointment scheduled for the service. I have been a customer of Rallye for over 7 years. That was my worst experience ever. More
