The worse customer service I’ve had in my life!!!! Service was horrible!!! I made numerous complaints about car noises and all I got was my requests ignored and never got any issues settled. I even was charged for loaner cars - 50 dollars cash out of pocket at times. I was also given mismatched tires- all in all my experience with the 750xi 2016 was a horrible one. Excellent Efficient Service Visit I had an excellent service experience at Rallye BMW. My check engine light came on and I was able to get a service appointment in a couple of days. I had an excellent service experience at Rallye BMW. My check engine light came on and I was able to get a service appointment in a couple of days. The service advisor, Adam Ramano, was excellent, respectful, and courteous. Fortunately it was only a minor sensor issue and the service was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you!! More

Poor communication, service took longer than necessary Approved two jobs when I dropped off the vehicle, approved another two that afternoon, and said to wait on a last service (tires). Didn't get any upda Approved two jobs when I dropped off the vehicle, approved another two that afternoon, and said to wait on a last service (tires). Didn't get any updates until I reached out the next afternoon. Was told inspection would fail unless I did tires, so I approved that service as well. I asked about the other services I approved, and was told some were not completed because they were waiting on word on tires, even though the other services were unrelated to the tires or the inspection. So essentially, my vehicle sat in the shop for an entire day without any work being done to it. On day three I was able to pick up the vehicle, and two coupons I had for $25 each were not honored. A mere 2.5% of the $2000 I spent on service. Not a pleasant experience at all. More
