Speedy and courteous . As I arrived I was greeted by an attendant and Adam immediately approached and introduced himself as the service manager. He handed me his business . As I arrived I was greeted by an attendant and Adam immediately approached and introduced himself as the service manager. He handed me his business card and told me to call if any questions or concerns. I was given a loaner which was convenient for my schedule on that day. He called me with problems that was found on the car , and he also called in a timely manner when work on the car was completed. I received my car cleaner than I brought it in. Thanks Adam. More

Adam Romano was very helpful and easy to work with . I've had both engine and air bag issues with my 2015 X1 that had to be addressed. I would ask to work with Adam again in the future.
