Problem not fixed! After two visits and spending $300, the low tire pressure issue still not fixed. They can figure it out what’s wrong. Definitely not the tire itself! I have yet to hear anything. No worries tho, I’ll stick to Freeport BMW, where I’ve always been treated with respect. More

Right off the bat carol was very welcoming, was very professional and truly seemed to want to help me right away with the issues ive been having. Ive been to alot of dealers and had different sa’s yet it was refreshing to have met an sa who seemed to care. Always replied to my calls/texts and guided me step by step in the process of my car. Michael who I met for the first time who joined me for my test drive in regards to helping out with my issues was also one of the best techs ive met in a long time. He took time out of his day to help me pinpoint with issues Ive been having and he was very informative. I am a car enthuisast and listen Ive been to alot of dealers with different cars and more than most have terrible service, theyll keep the car for over a week then have no idea what the issue is only to get the “it’s normal” response and dont seem to really care weather the issues for customers gets resolved or not. Not rallye, carol and mike went over my issues thoroughly and resolved it all in a matter of only a couple of days. I highly recommend Rallye to anyone who seeks top notch service! More
