I switched over to Rallye motors last year after a very long time relationship with Freeport BMW was irreparablely damaged by Freeport BMW complete lack of customer care and outright substandard business practices. Since moving over to Rallye BMW, I have found their service to be exceptional and well beyond industry standards. They are always professional and always ready to be sure that I am happy with their service. Even in one instance where an innocent mistake did occur Rallye BMW stepped right up and fixed the problem immediately with no cost or aggravation to me. I will now be looking to buy my next BMW at Rallye. I believe in rewarding those who treat me fair and right. More
