Are you blind? How hard should it be to fix rain sensing windshield wipers? My rain sensor stopped working after the dealer changed my windshield. The dealer first t How hard should it be to fix rain sensing windshield wipers? My rain sensor stopped working after the dealer changed my windshield. The dealer first told me there was nothing wrong, and it was me who did not know how to turn on the rain sensor. I sent pictures to the service rep during a period of rain showing the rain and sensor light on and no wiper movement. Brought car back in and another rep proceeds to tell me the since I had the windshield changed, the windshield repair company damage the sensor and to call them. I told the rep to go back to service records and see talley changed the windshield and fix the sensor already. Got a call that they reset the sensor and it working. Next rain of course it did not work. Called dealer to get head adviser who was on vacation. I asked for next person in line, left voicemail but no call back. Drove to talley left my car there and said don't call me till the sensor is replaced. Amazing it finally worked after what should have been done the first time. So not car was there 4 times. 60 miles later they call and say my car is transmitting a signal saying the car needs an oil service. They couldn't look at the odometer a d figure out it needed an oil service the old school way! They said they were sorry 5 time ms but it doesn't change the fact they did not listen, fix it and blame me More

Dent Dr Brought my car in Monday to have all my rims resurfaced under my warranty, Adam Romano was excellent in the whole process, picked my car up on wed and Brought my car in Monday to have all my rims resurfaced under my warranty, Adam Romano was excellent in the whole process, picked my car up on wed and during inspection with Adam we found 3 rims that were still terrible, looked like touch up paint was used. Adam was very upset and had the manager co.e see me and apologize, said they would redo all my rims again. Thursday got a call from Adam Romano that my rims ca.e back a d again were not acceptable, Adam said he called Dent Dr s head to fi d out why the shabby y work continues to happen. Hopefully I will get my car back the following either Mon or Tues. , I appreciate the effort Adam Romano has go e thru to make sure I get back pristine wheels for my 2014 650i x gran coupe More
