Fast and accomodating! Jon Szpot is the best I needed ny 2015 3series inspected asap but had to first have the front window tinting removed Jonathan Szpot made arrangments to have my cars tinting I needed ny 2015 3series inspected asap but had to first have the front window tinting removed Jonathan Szpot made arrangments to have my cars tinting removed , the car inspected and gave me a new X5 loaner to use for the day! Damaged car. No follow up, incorrect upselling I have been going to rallye after i purchased the car from them in 2015 but the service has been going downhill off late. First in 2016 i was sold the I have been going to rallye after i purchased the car from them in 2015 but the service has been going downhill off late. First in 2016 i was sold the extended warranty explaining that the whole car will be covered. No exceptions were explained. I was clearly explained that between my CPO warranty and my extended maintenance plan the only thing i will have to pay for is for alignment and the car is covered in warranty for any and all potential problems. The service manager explicitely mentioned brakes to me multiple times to upsell this. Recently i had shaking problem in my car and after taking it to them with no solution, I finally went out to an independent shop to find out the cars brakes were wrapped. The brake job was done less than 6 months ago by Rallye but I was explained that "This is not covered under warranty". I was "Explained" multiple times that the coverage is by BMW and not rallye but the coverage was sold to me by Rallye and not BMW directly so if you are selling me a product then you should explain clearly. TBH i drive past 3 diff BMW dealers to get to rallye. When I ended up having a small accident i drove close to 35 miles to go to a Rallye collision center instead of the one near me but if you deal exactly as the next dealer then I question my judgement why. During service my car was scratched and then i never heard from them after waiting endless time i was promised that they will reach back. No better than any other dealer and hence no different. And they charge you a premium. Not worth it in my personal opinion anymore. If you have to go to a BMW dealer then go to anyone cause they are the same. More
