Thank you for doing exactly what you needed to do. Beyond that favorable issue, was the fact that I lost my cell phone in the rental car provided. At 8 pm last night Paul searched the car, couldn't find it because I forgot the color of the car (white vs silver). Lucy who was leaving for the night, pulled our records, they searched the appropriate car, located the phone, called us in the car. We returned to pick it up where they were waiting at the curb. Awesome caring, service. The car we rented was so superior to our present car that we will purchase the next car at this dealership, and Paul will be our sales person. Thank you Lucy for being such a committed employee and for having such fine principles. You saved us a 40 minute drive back. Our gratitude is boundless. This is a great dealership.
