Service Department is consistently great This is a follow-up review of Rallye Lexus service which is always a 10! 1) You pull in and you are immediately greeted by a member of the service te This is a follow-up review of Rallye Lexus service which is always a 10! 1) You pull in and you are immediately greeted by a member of the service team, who is genuinely happy to see you; 2) Mere moments later, the service representative appears to discuss your concerns, why you are there, what is going to happen to your car and there are no surprises; 3) the waiting area is extremely pleasant with free bottled water, coffee, bagels and muffins (or request a loaner, which they are happy to provide and drive a virtually new Lexus for the day. The new GS is a awesome; 4) I was told 90 minutes and I was back on the road in just over 90 minutes. More
