Lost Work Order I traveled over 30 miles to Rallye for service because of it's reputation. It's why I bought my car there two years ago. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and basic service. Twice when I asked about why it was taking so long I was told that the car wasn't ready yet. At the 3 hour mark I was offered a loaner which got me worried and suspicious as I was there for an oil change. In fact, what had happened was your service dept misplaced my work order. Found that out around hour 4 when a manager came to find me to tell me what had happened. Very disappointing. More
