Purchasing a Car The Pleasant Way I first called Rallye Lexus and spoke to representative Denise. She took down the features that I was interested in for a car. She search the inventor I first called Rallye Lexus and spoke to representative Denise. She took down the features that I was interested in for a car. She search the inventory and found several that met my needs. She set up a appointment. She was friendly. On the day of my appointment I was helped by salesman Kevin Losee. He was a very good listener and after I discussed the features I wanted in a car; he was able to locate a car with all my required features. He knew his inventory very well. He took the time to explain and show me how to operate the features of the car. He also explained the features while we went on a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product. He went above and beyond in his helpfulness. He was friendly and did not create any pressure to purchase the car. He also took the time to show me the service and parts departments, and explained the warrantee that came with the car. Kevin Losee was outstanding and made my purchase of a car that day a pleasant experience. Even after my purchase I called him up for some advice and he assisted me. He is the best car salesman I have ever purchased a car from and that is why I have already recommended him to others. I also saw Chris Maliarakis the Finance Manager who provided financial information in the purchase of the car. He also was friendly and helpful. He also explained warrantees. The end result of my meeting with Chris Maliarakis was satisfaction. Last I have to mention Danny who was a tech who programed the car to certain features. He had a excellent knowledge of the technical aspects of the car that I purchased. He was able to set up programs extremely fast and was very helpful. Overall Rallye Lexus has put together a Top Team which reflects in a dealership that knows how to choose and train employees who in the end achieve their goal of customer satisfaction. More
