The work on all financial details was done quickly and and to my surprise Neil was able to provide the vehicle delivery in two days which was really important to me since the dealership is 40 miles away from my house. My first experience with Kevin was back in 2012 and then again last year Just picked up my 3rd Lexus from Rallye and its all because of Kevin Losee. My first experience with Kevin was back in 2012 and then again last year when my wife got her vehicle from Kevin. This experience was by far a testament to the great personalized attention Kevin has given me as a customer. Last year I had mentioned that I liked the black on black version of my vehicle. A couple of days ago Kevin reached out to me and let me know that Rallye had just received a black on black fully loaded GS and he wanted me to take a look at it. I wasn't really in the market but it was worth a look. Kevin took the time to get an estimate on my trade in and by the time I arrived the car was waiting, the estimate was in and all I had to do was say I wanted it. A couple of hours later I was driving away with my new car. I loved my old car but this one topped it in every category. Thanks to Kevin remembering I had expressed an interest I now have an amazing new car. More
