Awesome Pam did an excellent job. Upon my vehicle landing at the dealer, a problem was noticed right away and was dealt with. I was given a call right away as Pam did an excellent job. I'm always curious when I use a new dealer for the first time what their procedure is going to be. I was not disappointed. Checking in was quick, painless, and actually pleasant. My loner was waiting for me. Pickup was equally as pleasant. Quick visit to the cashier (no charge, in warranty), and my car was outside waiting for me. And it was clean. Yes, many dealers wash your car, but my car was spotless and glistening. Thank you Rallye Lexus. More
