Financial Experience at Rallye Lexus At Rallye Lexus, everyone seems nice other than Michelle Gonzalez, financial manager is not representing Rallye Lexus well. The way she showed attitud At Rallye Lexus, everyone seems nice other than Michelle Gonzalez, financial manager is not representing Rallye Lexus well. The way she showed attitude that customer is buying first time luxury vehicle. I had pre-approval, she said that pre-approval is piece of paper has no value, customer can not take car right away since it will take 2-3 weeks which was totally incorrect. Actually she wanted to finance through Rallye Lexus and was trying to match the bank rate. I felt like that she does not want to make the deal. She wants to break the deal. I reported to the Bank and the Bank rep spoke to manager and dealer accepted mistake and asked me come and speak to other financial manage Mr. Weiss. I spoke to Mr. Weiss and apologies for inconvenience. Funny thing, he said that I did not know that bank selected us pre-approved dealer. Finance Manager who is working every other customer and has no idea that their dealership is pre-selected and trying to offer me 0.10% lower than bank rate that only effect $1.68 per month. On the other hand, sales person Mr. Chen is wonderful person and whatever he promise me that he delivered. I hope they will not give hard time during vehicle service. I also hope this attitude at Rallye Lexus will not repeat with new customer those who has no idea. Best, More

On this most recent occasion I was helped by Maria , my service advisor . My GX 460 was making a strange squeaking noise coming from the rear compartment . Maria went back inside and had the service manager take a test ride with me right on the spot. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and ordered the replacement part to correct the problem . I have been helped by all the service advisors over the years and all are extremely helpful . I would highly recommend using them for all your Lexus repairs. More
Neil Fogel is the man to see at Rallye Lexus Neil is absolutely in a class by himself. He is very professional, courteous and beyond helpful. He treats you as if you are part of his family. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are 110% satisfied with what you are getting, and he is always available to assist you. This is around my 6th lease with Lexus and each time I go back to Neil because he never disappoints. I would definitely recommend Lexus and i would absolutely recommend Neil Fogel.
