This was a typical 6 month service visit, but it took longer than usual due to a recall on the GPS and related systems. This was the first time I ever needed a loaner car as typically the visit is no more than 1 and a half hours. Mike was very helpful, explained everything to me, and encouraged me to take the loaner overnight. Even though it was an SUV and I drive the ES, it was very positive experience.
