Upon arrival, the service reps exhibited care and concern relative to repairing my rear windshield damaged by vandalism. Joanna Oates promptly honored my request for a loaner vehicle and prepared required p relative to repairing my rear windshield damaged by vandalism. Joanna Oates promptly honored my request for a loaner vehicle and prepared required paperwork in a professional and timely manner. Joanna also assisted in retrieving and emailing photos that were taken of the damage which were requested by my insurance company. Took a few moments to relax and refresh in the Rallye Lexus Lounge knowing my Lexus was in good hands before heading out on an extremely hot and humid day! Repairs were done to my complete satisfaction and the car was throughly cleaned to remove the shards of broken glass! Thanks to all! More
