Couldn't figure out problem for a week then charged me Pathetic! Not a dealership I would recommend. I have a 2007 Mercedes S500 with less than 100k on the clock. It was towed to the dealer who took 3 da Pathetic! Not a dealership I would recommend. I have a 2007 Mercedes S500 with less than 100k on the clock. It was towed to the dealer who took 3 days to start looking at it then another 4 days to figure out what they "thought" was wrong with it. No guarantees the $2500 they wanted would fix the problem.. Then they tried to charge me a diagnostic charge., even though the email said it was a complimentary inspection. When I complained the petulant and rude "service advisor" said:"Fine - I'll pay it myself." Not a dealer I will use for my new S550. Dreadful to deal with More
