I thought the way they handled my issue was unethical and I’ve already explained this in detail. I also had someone call me to ask for more info, and they said they would get back to me the following day and I’ve already explained this in detail. I also had someone call me to ask for more info, and they said they would get back to me the following day and never did. Just proves my point that this dealership does not respect or care about their customers, and for the reason I will never buy another car from them or refer them to potential customers, unless Rallye makes it right. I dropped off the car for a recall. I arrived there and I had no problem with the brakes. The next day, I came to pick it up, and they said the car had an oil leak from the brakes. But I arrived there and I had no problem with the brakes. The next day, I came to pick it up, and they said the car had an oil leak from the brakes. But I wasn't told that there are absolutely no brakes. As I drove to the parking lot, I picked up the car and noticed that I had no brakes and could hardly stop the car. I went back inside, all shaken. I talked to the manager, and he said I asked him to tow the car. He said he has to get approval. But he didn't show any reaction that I could be killed if I drove the car without any brakes. I wondered what would happen if I drove it on Northern Blvd or any highway to get home in Great Neck.
