With an appt for today my car was not able to be serviced because u had a backlog. Was told I couldn’t get my car back until next week. I have been buy cars at Rallye for 40 years. I am not happy. We were on our way to AC - celebrate my husband's 79th birthday. Info on dashboard showed rear tire was low on pressure. Exited 495 to Roslyn. I waited five minutes standing in front of the glass window while the woman at the desk who is highlighting forms didn't even acknowledge my presence I finally walked away as I had no interest in interacting with her and my advisor took care of everything I do not want to deal with this woman in the future as she does not embrace an ounce of humanism. I don't know if my neurological disability was the reason for her rudeness and I'm not making that conclusion whatsoever, but it was some thing I thought about. More

If he’s not available his partner Bob Bianchi also will provide outstanding sales advice. In the service department Ramiro Milian has been my advisor for twenty of the years and when he’s not available his colleague Ken Vachris will also provide great assistance. Needless to say I recommend Rallye and in particular the outstanding individuals mentioned herein. More
