He was attentive to my complaints and desires. Vincent's extreme patience and professionalism gave me confidence, this can be corrected. Meanwhile, I was provided with a great loaner and updates, accordingly. In addition, the Greeters, Edwin, and the crew in the Parts Depart. all, are a delight.
