I love Rallye's service dept. They take very good care of you and your car. And they don't stop there , they continue to check on you after they take care of your car. About 7 years ago I decided to move away from the Lexus brand, after 4 top of their line LS sedans and explore my options. The Benz was a better vehicle. Then my wife and I drove to my local Rallye Westbury BMW dealership to see what was available,. We decided to keep our Lexus sedan and buy a 640 I convertible.. A great car. In May of 2017 my wife and I decided it was time to buy another full size sedan I knew where the Massapequa Benz dealership was and I would have gone there because they did offer a lot in amenities. My final decision to visit your Rallye Mercedes Benz showroom was due to the excellent service I had been receiving at my Rallye BMW dealership. ( I've owned many top shelf expensive vehicles but the Rallye BMW dealership was the best I had experienced.) That first day we purchased our 2018 S 560 sedan. They weren't even making that model yet but we were sold. Now,, 2 years later, I am responding to you review request for my recent service. Ok, truth be told from delivery to about a year ago I wasn't very happy with the service department. The good news was my issues were rather small but still annoying and needed repair. I made my appointments and my service adviser made notes. I received a call my car was ready. Unfortunately I always needed to return to the service department because the repair was not done properly. There came a time when I took my BMW into my Rallye BMW dealership at which time I met with Mr. Matt Carlson, a supervisor who I got to know. Matt knew I bought a Benz from Rallye and he asked me how I liked that car. Matt, I love the car, it's the best full size car I have ever owned but I'm not too happy with their service department. Maybe you should go over there and give them a few pointers. Jack I can do better then that. My brother Rob is a service adviser at that dealership. I'll call him and tell him you will be asking for him next time. That was about a year ago and Rob Carlson has provided me with the same quality of service I became used to at BMW. which, by the way, is why I chose Rallye over Massapequa. Mercedes Benz. If and when I purchase another vehicle it will most certainly be from a Rallye dealership. . . More
